Elegance and Fun at a Lakeside Wedding
A rainy, foggy October weekend didn’t mar the celebration of Ashley and Brandon and their guests and wedding party.
Ashley grew up by Lake Winnipesaukee (her family own the Bay Side Inn in Alton Bay), so she is used to the changes in the weather. The wedding was about bringing friends and family together to celebrate the wedding more than it was the weather.
With a wedding rehearsal lakeside at the inn, the couple later spent the evening at the Lakeport Opera House for a fun rehearsal dinner event.
The wedding day was beautiful from the lakeside vow exchange to the tented reception with a mariachi band for the couple as a surprise gift from Ashley’s mother.
A full band took the stage for dinner and dancing into the night. The elegance of the flowers, the bride’s stunning gown and friends and family celebrating the day under the tent all added to a memorable day.
